I’m always looking for “snacks” that I can take along with minimal amount of trouble storing and keep from going bad but most of all to quiet a grumbling hungry tummy. I saw “Cole’s Mango Snack Balls” on the Paleo Parents website yesterday and just had to make them. It took maybe 10 minutes from start to finish.
Start by making the paste with dates and dried mango
Next pulse in the sunflower seeds, coconut flakes & banana chips
Then roll them into balls or squares.
