My favorite cookbook right now is Well Fed: Paleo Recipes for People Who Love to Eat By Melissa Joulwan . So far all the recipes I’ve made have past the family test.
The first recipe I tried was Caramelized Coconut Chips. You can find the recipe here
They were so good..Don’t they look amazing. It is just what you need somedays when you are doing the whole30 or even when you are not.
Whats really great about the book is she has a “How To” on doing a weekly cookup and setting up your paleo pantry..
All but one of her recipes in the book are whole30 approved. Which is even better. Have you done a Whole30 yet?
Be sure to check out the Char Siu ( Chinese BBQ Pork ) if you get the book.
I’ve made this 3 times so far ..It was that good and it was hubby approve and put on his list of “lets make it again”. That says a lot. He is so darn picky.
Who says eating good means sacrificing..not me! I love making new things. If your new to eating Paleo or just started not eating processed foods don’t ever feel like theres nothing out there left to eat but salads. I don’t have enough time to make all the fabulous recipes I find. I really need to start posting some of the yumminess we cook up around here so you can get lots of ideas.
